Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation is planning an industrial park encompassing logistics centre at Silvassa in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. RFQ cum RFP has been invited for selection of consultant for preparation of techno-economic feasibility study report (International Competitive Bidding (ICB)).
Document sale starts on 1st April, 2015 and ends on 17th May, 2015. The last date of submission is 17th May, 2015. The scope of work includes site survey & suitable assessment, market survey and demand assessment, infrastructure gap assessment, master plan and design services, financial feasibility, institutional mechanisms and project structuring, bid process management, deliverables and timeframe. Government owned land parcels available at Silvassa were explored and 5 sites are identified for further assessment. Four land parcels with minimum area of 15 hectares are available at Vellugram, Parzai, Kharadpada and Karad. Another land parcel of approximately 90 hectares of contiguous land is available at Surangi which can be developed as mini industrial park or a logistic park depending on the demand assessment which can be established through the proposed techno economic feasibility study.
