Promoter: National Highways Authority Of India is planning upgradation of the Kullu-Manali section (length 37.275 Km) of NH-21

Location: Himachal Pradesh

Project Details: The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,184.7 million. RFPs have been invited for upgradation of Kullu-Manali section of NH-21 (now NH-3) from Km 272.00 to Km 309.345 (Designed Chainage) on EPC mode under NHDP Phase-IV B on e-basis.

The scope of work will broadly include rehabilitation, upgradation and augmentation of the existing carriageway to two-lane with paved shoulder standards in a length of 37.275 Km with construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, drains, etc. and maintenance of the project during the Defect Liability Period, which is expected to be 4 years. Documents can be downloaded from 12th March, 2015 till 26th April, 2015. The last date for submission of online bids is 27th April, 2015. The project is planned for completion in 24 months.
