Current Status: As of May 2012, the civil work is in progress. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2014. The ground and first floors will have retail space and the ‘Hyatt Place’, a 120 rooms, 4-star hotel will come up on the remaining 5 floors. The mall will comprise of additional facilities like open landscaped courtyard with sit-outs, parking on 3 levels, etc. The hotel will comprise of facilities like multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet, conferencing facility, etc.
